Botanical Name: (Abies Koreaenis)

Description: Fir Needle Essential Oil comes from the Pinus type tree which grows in wide areas of Russia.

Color: Colorless to pale yellow clear liquid.

Common Uses: Fir Needle Essential Oil is reported to help with arthritis, bronchitis, colds, coughs, flu, muscle aches, rheumatism and sinusitis. It is a popular oil used to bring out masculine, outdoorsy attributes in men’s fragrances, bath preparations, air fresheners, herbal oils, soaps, and shaving creams.

Blends well with: Pine, Cedarwood, Benzoin, Lavender, Spruce and Rosemary.

Aromatic Scent: Fir Needle Essential Oil has a fresh, woody, earthy, sweet scent that is much like the outdoors. Many compare it to the smell of the Great Canadian Outdoors.

History: From the earliest times the Fir Needle is thought by people as a forest healer. The natives used the crushed needles in poultices to heal wounds and infections. The needles were also boiled and drunk since it was believed to assist with respiratory issues.

Cautions: Fir Balsam Essential Oil is non-toxic, non-irritant and non-sensitizing. Liquid may cause irritation to the eyes so use well diluted. Avoid use during pregnancy.

General Oil Uses:

General Household Freshening - Add a few drops of oil to your trash can, laundry wash, Dryer sheet, drain, vacuum bag filter, or on a tissue for placement in your drawers.

Diffusing - the oil in a Diffuser scents your home or office with wonderful uplifting smell. The most common Diffuser on the market in the Tea Lite Oil burner.

Bath - Add a few drops of oil to your running bath water and mix well before getting into the tub. Enjoy a wonderful scented bath soak!

Massage - Create your own Massage oil scent simply add a few drops oil to 1 ounce carrier oil such as Grapeseed oil and massage onto yourself or partner. Keep away from eyes and genital areas.

Product Scenting - Create your own scented products by adding oils to un-scented base products like; Hair Shampoo & Conditioners Base, Hand Soap Base, Body Lotion Base, Room Spray Base, Moisturizing Body Gel Base, Reed Diffuser Base, Melt & Pour or Cold Press Soap making,

Multi-Purchases will be e-mailed the combined invoice for payment through Paypal.com. All Visa, MasterCard, debit cards and e-checks are accepted as means of payment. Orders paid by e-check will not be shipped until funds clear the banking system. We do wrap all of the Glass Amber Bottles with bubble wrap and stuff the shipping boxes with packing peanuts to ensure secure shipping. Refunds are offered on Item cost only within 14 days of receipt. Opened oils with broken seals are not subject to a refund. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Safty Tips:

Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Keep oils away from eyes and mucous membranes.
Always dilute essential oils with carrier oils before applying them directly to your skin.
Stop using oil immediately if redness, burning, itching or irritation occurs. A test area such as the inside of your elbow can be used to determine if you are allergic to the oil. Simply apply a small amount of the diluted oil and wait 12 hours to determine if irritation has occurred.
Please be aware that all oils are not suitable for all uses. If you have certain underlying medical conditions it would be wise to research the oil you are considering using. Aromatherapy should not be used as a substitution for sound medical advice obtained from your physician.
